Excerpts:
Minerals from The Democratic Republic of Congo are used in mobile phones.
In the past 15 years 5 million people have died as a consequence of civil war in DR Congo.
Congo was made by a private slave colony a 100 years ago
by the Belgium King Leopold II.
He became on of the richest man in the world
by selling rubber from the Congo to western companies.
It was the beginnig of industrialization and the booming car industry
was completely dependent on the rubber from the Congo.
Today the Congo is the one of the poorest countries in the world
even though the country is rich in the natural resources.
Here are the samples of CASSITERITE
that come from Kivu.
Here we have a sample of COLTAN,
that comes from Kivu.
They're used in electronics, mobile phones, for instance.
100 years ago Nokia was a rubber boot factory
getting their rubber from Leopold's slave colony.
Today Nokia is one of the biggest corporations in the world.
Every third phone on the planet is a Nokia.

My King, for deliverance
our people sacrifice goats and sheep to Odin and Heimdall.
With your permission,
shall we also pray to the new Roamn god, Christ Jesus?
King: No, Unferth, no.
No, the gods will do nothing for us
that we will not do for ourselves.
What we need is a hero.
