EXCERPTS:
"In the province of Sindh
a small group of Pakistani politicians and
military officers
keep more than 1.5 million farmers
in bond of slavery.
"When they (landlords) see a young girls
from a poor family like ours, they molest her.
When there is a wedding
the landlords often take the brides home with him
and enforced them to spend a night.
LAHORE (alif laila)
"It's like being in a One Thousand and One Nights at this place.
SKARDU
"Before the explosions of Twin Towers,
before the London Attacks,
basically before Alqaida made the world trembled
this region was paradise for long distance travelers.
So this has to be one of the most gorgeous place
I've ever gotten to see on Earth.
and its real shame because this place has been takes hostage
basically there is no more tourists come here
and this place was in 80s on the biggest tourists attraction in Pakistan
Down in this valley are Taliban,
on this side is Kashmir, you know, fighting with India,
and over there is border with Afghanistan,
and its real shame this is happening because
this place deserves better deserves more.
and these people has been takes as hostage by the situation.
